Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant Location: Islington, North London Agency: Veritas Education School Type: 1 Form Entry Primary School Role Type: Part-time / Reduced Hours (Primary School Hours)
Veritas Education is working in partnership with a welcoming 1 form entry primary school in Islington to recruit an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with an Early Years qualification to support within the EYFS setting.
This role is based within a primary school, meaning shorter working hours compared to nursery settings, and offers the opportunity to work as part of a supportive and close-knit team.
The Role:
Supporting pupils within Early Years (EYFS)
Acting as a qualified Level 3 practitioner for ratio purposes
Supporting learning through play and structured activities
Assisting the class teacher with daily routines and observations
Helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential for ratio)
Has previous experience working in an EYFS setting
Confident working within a primary school environment
Warm, reliable and proactive
Able to work effectively as part of a team
