About the Role Veritas Education Leeds is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Key Workers to join our supply team in Horsforth. This is a fantastic opportunity for childcare professionals who hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and want flexible work while making a real difference in children's lives.
As a Supply Early Years Key Worker, you'll step into different nursery settings to provide essential support during staff absences. You'll help maintain continuity of care and learning for children aged 0-5, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards
- Quickly adapt to different nursery environments and routines
- Suppor staff to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for all children
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to nurseries in Horsforth and nearby Leeds areas
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
