Location: Lewisham, London Salary: £100 - £115 per day Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Full-Time
Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding role in an SEMH school? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join a dedicated team in Lewisham, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
The Role- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Mentor pupils to build confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation.
- Monitor progress and contribute to tailored intervention plans.
Requirements- Experience working with SEMH pupils is essential.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, empathetic approach.
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Immediate availability.
