Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant (Primary Schools)
Location: Blackburn, Accrington & Darwen Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, supporting primary schools across Blackburn, Accrington, and Darwen. This role offers flexibility and variety, working in different school settings to provide classroom support, assist with small group activities, and help pupils reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Assist pupils with learning activities, including 1:1 and small group work
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Ability to manage behaviour and support diverse learning needs
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
