Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Level 6 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Blackburn. This role involves supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2.
- Morning: Provide high-quality support as a Teaching Assistant, working with pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis to enhance learning outcomes.
- Afternoon: Deliver pre-planned lessons to whole classes, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment during teacher absence.
Requirements:
- Level 6 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting
- Strong understanding of KS1 and KS2 curriculum
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
