Our specialist education agency is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Dartford and Kent. Whether you're an experienced educator, a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with strong classroom management skills, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during teacher absences
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
Manage classroom behaviour following school policies
Support students to stay engaged and on task
Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on school experience, build your confidence in the classroom, and make a positive impact on students' learning.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A confident, professional manner
Ability to manage behaviour and engage students
Prior school experience is beneficial but not essential
Educated to degree level (preferred) or strong relevant experience
Flexibility to travel to schools across Dartford and Kent
