Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality EYFS curriculum experiences that promote children's communication and language, personal, social and emotional development, and physical development
Support children's learning journeys through effective observations, planning, and assessment
Create a stimulating and safe environment that fosters creativity, problem-solving, and independence
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to ensure the best outcomes for children
Demonstrate strong knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice
About You
Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Passionate about early childhood education and committed to continuous professional development
Enthusiastic about outdoor learning and play-based pedagogy
A reflective practitioner with excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ambitious to progress into a Room Leader role in the future
