Learning Support Assistant - Watford - Secondary School
A successful and forward-thinking secondary school in Watford is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their SEN department.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's confident supporting students with additional needs and helping them succeed in mainstream education.
The role:
Supporting pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs in KS3 and KS4
Working 1:1 and in small groups
Collaborating with teachers and the SEN team to ensure all students can access learning
Requirements:
Experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary setting essential
Understanding of SEN and differentiated learning strategies
Positive, patient and flexible approach

Pay: £95-£115 per day
