About the Role
- Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Oversee interventions, provision mapping, and EHCP processes
- Support teachers to meet diverse pupil needs
- Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and school policies
Requirements
- NASENCo (National Award for SEN Coordination) - essential
- Strong experience within SEND in a primary setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for inclusive education
