???? The Role
Supporting pupils with autism, SLD and other complex needs
Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support
Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation and classroom management
Helping to create a safe, engaging and positive learning environment
Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families
???? What We're Looking For
Experience working with children with SEN (ASC, SLD or similar) is highly desirable
A calm, patient and empathetic approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
