Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + Welcome Bonus Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our growing team at our brand-new secondary school in Redhill, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students as we build an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing:Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons that meet diverse learning needs.
Supporting students' emotional and social development, promoting independence and confidence.
We're Looking For:Working closely with the SENCO and wider staff team to ensure every student thrives.
Experience supporting students with SEN in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
A patient, caring, and resilient approach to working with young people.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education.
