Responsibilities:

  • Conduct candidate sourcing activities to identify and attract suitable candidates for various job positions
  • Utilise a variety of recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
  • Assist in the coordination of candidate interviews and assessments
  • Support Recruitment Consultants in managing candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve overall recruitment processes
  • Requirements:
