We are seeking Inclusion Support Teaching Assistants to work across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2) in primary schools throughout Leeds. These roles are vital in helping children access education, feel safe, and thrive in their learning environments.
???? About the Role:
- Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, and challenging behaviour
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support plans
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
- Help children develop social, emotional, and academic skills

- Experience working with children in primary education
- Understanding of inclusive education and positive behaviour strategies
- Patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
- Passion to work in education and with young people who need nurturing support
