  • Candidate Profile

  • Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a school or clinical setting.
  • Understanding of communication difficulties and how to adapt approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Knowledge or experience of AAC systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently under supervision.
  • Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting neurodivergent learners.
  • Why Join Us

  • Be part of a founding team shaping an exceptional, values-driven school.
  • Work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to research-led and inclusive practice.
  • Benefit from ongoing professional development and clear progression opportunities.
  • Enjoy a well-resourced, purpose-built environment with sensory and therapeutic spaces.
  • Join a school that places staff wellbeing and collaboration at the heart of its ethos.
  • If you're an energetic, compassionate professional ready to help children communicate, connect, and thrive - we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now to join a pioneering team that's redefining what outstanding special education looks like.
