Pay: £100-£120 per day Start date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, term-time only

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning/Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive SEMH secondary school in Guildford, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building positive relationships, helping students overcome barriers to learning, and promoting emotional well-being and engagement in education.
The Role:Support students on a one-to-one and small group basis, helping them manage behaviour and develop positive coping strategies.
Work closely with teaching staff and the pastoral team to implement tailored support plans.
Encourage students to re-engage with their learning and achieve their full potential.
The Ideal Candidate:Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
Experience working with young people with SEMH needs (school or youth work setting).
A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting challenging behaviour.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for helping young people succeed both in and outside the classroom.
This is a full-time position starting immediately, offering a daily rate of £100-£120 depending on experience.
