The Role
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across a range of subjects.
Working 1:1 and in small groups with students to support their academic and emotional progress.
Assisting with classroom management and helping to create a positive learning environment.
Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN) where required.
Helping prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable (school, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, etc.).
A genuine passion for education and helping students reach their potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
