Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? A welcoming and well-resourced SEN primary school in Croydon is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team immediately.

About the School:
  • A specialist primary school catering to pupils with a range of complex needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
  • Supportive leadership team and a collaborative staff culture.
  • Excellent facilities including sensory rooms, therapy spaces, and outdoor learning environments.

  • The Role:
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.
  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure each child's progress and wellbeing.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Use creative strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and independence.
  • Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in SEN settings (primary age preferred).
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND frameworks.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
