Nursery Deputy Manager - Padiham
Salary: £26,900 - £30,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexible working required) Contract: Permanent, All Year Round
Veritas Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving and ever-growing private day nursery in Padiham, part of a small, supportive nursery group known for its warm atmosphere and commitment to high-quality childcare.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join the leadership team and support the continued success of this welcoming setting.
About the Role:As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to lead, inspire, and support the team.
What We're Looking For:Previous experience in a senior leadership role within an Early Years setting
A secure understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and organisational skills
