EYFS Teaching Assistant - Morecambe | Immediate Start Location: Morecambe Hours: 8:45am - 3:15pm, Term Time Only Contract: Until at least October Half Term Agency: Veritas Education
Veritas Education is working with a highly regarded primary school in Morecambe to recruit an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm, welcoming school community that is well-loved by staff, pupils, and parents alike.
About the Role:
We are seeking a general EYFS TA who can confidently support the class teacher with:
- Phonics delivery
- Early Years curriculum activities
- General classroom support and child development
This role would also suit a qualified teacher looking to step into a support role rather than a full teaching position.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working within an EYFS setting
- Strong understanding of phonics and early childhood development
- A nurturing, proactive, and flexible approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
