A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Bromley is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in education - whether you're a recent graduate considering teaching, or an experienced cover supervisor looking for your next role.
The Role:
Deliver pre-set lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies
Ensure pupils remain on task and complete their work
Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
About You:
Confident, proactive, and able to engage with students across Key Stages 3-4 (and possibly 5)
Excellent classroom management skills
Previous experience working in a school or with young people is desirable
A genuine interest in education and supporting student learning
Flexible, reliable, and professional
