Are you a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to join a warm, welcoming nursery that truly feels like family?
Our client, a small, independent nursery in Gomersal, is looking for a passionate, reliable, and caring practitioner to join their lovely team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing setting where every child is known, valued, and supported.
Your Role:
Support the delivery of a high-quality, child-centred EYFS curriculum
Provide a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5
Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
Promote independence, curiosity, and positive behaviour
Carry out observations, assessments, and plan next steps
You'll Need:
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
A solid understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
A warm, caring nature and a genuine passion for early years
Strong communication and teamwork skills
