Vacancy: Primary Education Graduate - KS1 & KS2 Focus Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Position: Full-Time / Permanent Start Date: September 2025 (or ASAP)
About Us:We are working with a primary school in Leeds who are committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring environment for children in Key Stages 1 and 2. Their mission is to foster a love of learning and help every child reach their full potential through innovative teaching and strong community ethos.
Role Overview:They are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Education Graduates to join their teaching team, with a particular focus on Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2 curriculum areas.
Plan and assess pupil progress in line with national curriculum standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupils' learning and wellbeing.
Participate in school activities, professional development, and staff meetings.
Requirements:
A relevant degree in Primary Education or equivalent qualification.
Experience or a strong interest in working with children aged 4-11 years.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
