Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the skills, experience, and commitment to help every child reach their full potential?
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Leeds is seeking a dedicated SEND Practitioner to join their team from September 2025.
???? The Role:Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to support children with a range of SEND needs
Deliver targeted interventions and adapt learning resources
Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews
Foster a safe, nurturing environment where all pupils feel valued
Experience supporting children with SEND in a primary setting
Understanding of a variety of learning needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language)
A team player with strong communication skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 TA, SEND-specific training) are desirable
A supportive leadership team and collaborative staff environment
