Are you an organised and conscientious individual looking for temporary opportunities within school admin support roles? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Temporary Admin Support, Attendance Staff and Receptionists to assist in schools across Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield. These roles are ideal for candidates looking for the flexibility to work in temporary ongoing roles but also working term time only.
Role Overview:
We recruit for a variety of roles within school support and cover roles including office administrators, receptionists and attendance officers. The roles are generally working full time and term time only. These can be fantastic opportunities for people looking to work in a school environment in non-classroom-based roles.
Roles
- Admin Support: Assisting with general office duties such as filing, data entry, handling enquiries, and managing school records. Reception cover which includes meeting and greeting parents and students.
- Communication: Liaising with staff, students, and parents regarding attendance issues or queries.
- Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of attendance reports and other administrative documents.
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Previous experience in an admin role is preferred and school experience is desirable. Experience of using school system would be an advantage.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, can-do attitude!
