ABA Tutor
Pay: £90-£110 per day
Full-time/ Term Time only
Havering, North London
We are seeking a passionate and committed ABA Tutor to join our dedicated team supporting children with autism and additional needs. Working on a 1:1 basis, you will deliver structured, evidence-based interventions rooted in the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), helping each child reach their full potential across communication, learning, social, and life skills.
ABA Tutor Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualised ABA programs designed by a BCBA or senior supervisor
- Support children in developing communication, self-help, and social skills
- Collect and record behavioural data accurately and consistently
- Adapt strategies in response to child progress and guidance from the team.
- Support inclusion and participation in everyday learning and play
ABA Tutor Requirements:
- A genuine interest in working with children with autism and SEN
- Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability
- Ability to follow structured programs and work as part of a team
- Experience in SEN, childcare, or behaviour support (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to undergo ABA training and ongoing supervision
