Start Date: September 2025
We are currently working closely with a primary school in Leeds area. The school is a vibrant and inclusive setting which provides outstanding education for all our students.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join our team starting in September 2025. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and support children, helping them to achieve their full potential. This role requires strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Support and guide students to achieve academic success and personal growth.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' development.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary education, preferably with Year 3 students.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
