We are looking for Supply Nursery Practitioners to join our team across various locations in Bradford, Bingley, Keighley, and Otley. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced childcare professionals who are seeking flexible working hours and the chance to support different nurseries within these areas.
About the Role:
As a Supply Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children across different early years settings. You will be stepping in to cover staff shortages, ensuring that the children receive the best care and learning experience in a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5 years.
- Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support children's development.
- Assist with daily activities, promoting learning through play and exploration.
- Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding policies are adhered to.
- Work with other staff members to maintain smooth operations across the nursery.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
- Level 2 childcare qualification or equivalent (minimum requirement).
- Previous nursery or childcare experience.
- Ability to adapt to various settings and teams quickly.
- Confident in working with children of various ages and stages of development.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work across different nurseries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
