Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive and nurturing environment? About the Role:
As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will be an integral part of our nursery team, providing exceptional care and support to children in their early years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced practitioner who is eager to develop their career, with the potential to progress to a Level 3 qualification and train to become a Room Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Child Development: Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Support and Care: Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating environment for children.
- Professional Growth: Show initiative and a desire to advance your career, with opportunities to undertake further training and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualification: Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare or a related field.
- Experience: Newly qualified practitioners or those with previous experience in early years settings are welcome to apply.
- Ambition: A keen interest in progressing to a Level 3 qualification and pursuing a future role as a Room Leader.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and supporting their early development.
