We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator or Room Leader to join a vibrant nursery in Horsforth. This is a full-time position with an ASAP start, perfect for professionals who are ready to make a positive impact in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a designated room, ensuring a high standard of care and education for children aged 0-5.
- Plan and implement creative and educational activities that support children's development.
- Oversee day-to-day operations within your room, including managing a small team of practitioners.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and welcoming for children and staff.
- Work closely with parents and families, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on children's progress.
- Maintain compliance with EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably in a Room Leader role.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team of practitioners.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working with young children and their families.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
