Job Title: Key Stage 2 Teacher
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
The Role
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to whole-school development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a strong partnership in supporting each child's learning journey.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and interactive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Implement and monitor individual education plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
