About Us: At this Curiosity Approach Nursery, we believe in the power of exploration and learning through play. Role: Under 2's Room Lead
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Under 2's room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity and developmental milestones.
- Work closely with a team of dedicated early years practitioners to provide high-quality care and education.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience working with children under 2 years old.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for outdoor play and a commitment to the Curiosity Approach.
