We partner with state, private, and independent schools, building strong, trusted relationships with our clients.

We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants from all subject backgrounds to work in top-performing secondary schools across West and Central London, with roles starting both immediately and from September 2025

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Proactively support students in reaching their academic targets.
  • Encourage active engagement with learning, fostering a positive classroom environment.
  • Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting student development.
  • What We're Looking For:As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be:

  • Engaging and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in education.
  • A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Knowledgeable or experienced in supporting students with SEN and learning difficulties.
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to the well-being of young people.
  • Reliable, proactive, and dedicated to helping students achieve their potential.
  • Able to work collaboratively with teachers and independently when required.
  • Desirable:

  • Experience working with students with SEN.
  • Relevant training or certifications (e.g. safeguarding, SEN, behaviour management).
  • A background in education, psychology, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Ideally, you will have some experience working with young people or be exploring a future career in education, such as teaching. We welcome applications from candidates from all subject areas. GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science at grades A-C are desirable, but not essential.
