Teaching Assistants Wanted in Burnley
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant team at school's in Burnley. If you are a passionate teaching assistant with an eye for supporting students and making a positive impact in the classroom, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Assist the class teacher with delivering lessons and supporting student learning.
- Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs.
- Contribute to the development of learning resources and classroom activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
- Patient, adaptable, and able to work as part of a team.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or equivalent) is desirable.
