Role and Responsibilities: As a Behaviour Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across all key stages within the school. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Encouraging and reinforcing positive behaviour.
- Providing comprehensive support to students struggling with various aspects of their educational journey.
- Being an all-around support system to help students thrive academically and personally.
