The Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons for children in Years 1 and 2. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure that our curriculum is exciting, accessible, and inclusive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching to Key Stage 1 students in line with the National Curriculum.
- Plan and implement engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.
- Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that fosters confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for our students.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (preferred but not essential).
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in the classroom.
- Strong classroom management skills.
