Early Years Educator - Full-Time (Term Time Only)
Location: BD3, Bradford Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Contract: Term Time Only (Permanent) Salary: Competitive - based on experience and qualifications
Are you a passionate, nurturing and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in a warm and welcoming nursery setting?
Our CLient is a community-run, private day nursery located in BD3, dedicated to providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive and develop through play-based learning.
We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly team on a full-time, term-time only basis.
What We're Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential)
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Confident in planning, observing, and assessing children's learning and development
A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework, Characteristics of Effective Learning, and child-led play
Experience as a Key Person, supporting individual children and maintaining strong parent/carer partnerships
A commitment to safeguarding, promoting wellbeing, and creating an enriching learning environment
Enthusiastic, reliable and a true team player with a love for early years
Your Role Will Include:
Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment in line with EYFS
Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
Carrying out accurate observations, assessments, and next steps
Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
Being a Key Person for a small group of children
Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing
Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, hygiene, and health & safety
