We're currently recruiting experienced TAs (TA2-HLTA level) to work on a supply basis across East Lancashire, including Blackburn, Accrington and Darwen. Whether you're seeking full-time flexibility or a few days each week, we have opportunities to suit your availability and skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing general classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, either 1:1 or in small groups
- Assisting with phonics, reading, interventions and behaviour management
- In HLTA and TA3 roles, covering lessons (including PPA) using plans provided
- Building strong relationships with pupils and staff in a range of school settings
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a classroom setting
- A flexible and adaptable approach - happy to jump into new environments
- Confident supporting pupils across different age groups and abilities
- Ideally experience working with SEN and behaviour management strategies
- For TA3 and HLTA roles: confidence leading groups or whole classes as needed
