Humanities Teacher - Secondary School, Leeds (September Start) Contract: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm options Location: Leeds Agency: Veritas Education
Veritas Education is working with a reputable secondary school in Leeds to recruit a dedicated Humanities Teacher to start in September 2025. This is a full-time role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
Teach Humanities subjects (History, Geography, RE - depending on your specialism) to KS3 and KS4 students
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
Monitor and assess student progress
Contribute to the wider school community and Humanities department
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Humanities at secondary level
Strong classroom management and communication skills
DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
