Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Wigan (Secondary School)
Location: Wigan Job Type: Full-time / Part-time positions available Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Qualified Teaching Assistants with a Level 4 HLTA status (or equivalent)
Experienced in secondary school settings
Confident in leading lessons, supporting teachers, and working with small groups or individuals
Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to helping every student succeed
The role:
As a HLTA, you'll:
Support teaching and learning across a variety of subjects
Lead sessions with small groups or full classes when required
Assist with planning, assessing and delivering tailored interventions
Work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment
