English and PSHE Teacher
Pay: £150-£220+ (depending on exp)
Full-time/ Term Time only
Ilford, North London
We are seeking a resilient, compassionate, and skilled English and PSHE.
English and PSHE Teacher Role:
- Deliver creative and differentiated English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Lead PSHE sessions that promote well-being, emotional literacy, and life skills
- Work closely with a strong pastoral team to support pupils' emotional development
- Use restorative approaches and positive behaviour strategies in and beyond the classroom
- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning space for all pupils
English and PSHE Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or additional needs (desirable but not essential)
- Strong classroom presence and excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for inclusive education and belief in every pupil's potential
- A calm, consistent, and compassionate approach to teaching and behaviour management.
