SEMH Teaching Assistant - Bedfordshire
£100 per day | Long-term, full-time | September start
We're supporting a well-established specialist provision in Bedfordshire to recruit a resilient and confident SEMH TA. The role involves working closely with pupils aged 9-16 who may display challenging behaviour due to underlying social, emotional or mental health difficulties.
This setting is known for its supportive team, structured approach, and commitment to helping every student build emotional regulation, confidence, and academic progress.
Ideal for you if you have:
Previous experience supporting students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD or trauma
A calm, consistent and patient approach
Excellent behaviour management strategies
