Learning Support Assistant Location: Keighley Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Start Date: Immediate or September Start Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Veritas Education are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream school in the Keighley area to recruit a Learning Support Assistant for a full-time, long-term position. The role is to begin as soon as possible, with a September start also available for the right candidate.
The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across the curriculum, both in class and on a one-to-one basis. You will work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to provide tailored support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children in an educational setting (preferred)
A positive, patient and proactive attitude
Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
