SEN Maths Teacher - Mainstream Secondary School (Hounslow)
Location: Hounslow, West London Contract: Full-time | Permanent Start Date: September 2025 Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Maths Teacher to join our supportive team at a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Hounslow, committed to inclusive education and achieving the best outcomes for all students.
About the Role:
As our SEN Maths Teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality, differentiated maths lessons to students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyscalculia, and moderate learning difficulties.
Collaborate with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and wider staff to develop and implement tailored support strategies.
Use data and assessment effectively to close learning gaps and build students' confidence in maths.
Contribute to whole-school inclusion and intervention planning, particularly in the mathematics department.
Create a calm, positive and engaging classroom environment where all learners are supported to succeed.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is an essential requirement.
Has a strong subject knowledge in mathematics and a commitment to inclusive teaching.
Has experience supporting students with SEND, either in a mainstream or specialist setting.
Understands how to differentiate content and deliver personalised learning.
Brings patience, empathy and resilience to the role.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
