✅ Key Requirements:
A recognised Early Years qualification (minimum Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent)
Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
A positive, nurturing and enthusiastic approach to childcare
Ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
