Behaviour Mentor - £130 to £150 per day - Full Time - ASAP Start
We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Bushey that is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role, offered on a long-term basis, with a daily rate of £130 to £150 depending on experience.
The Role:
Provide consistent and visible behaviour support across the school.
Support students who are struggling to meet expectations around conduct and engagement.
Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral leads, and senior leadership to develop tailored interventions.
Monitor pupil behaviour trends and contribute to strategies that improve pupil attendance and reduce exclusions.
Play a key role in reintegration meetings, restorative conversations, and pupil mentoring.
