Job Title: Drama Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - September Start
Location: Barnet, North London Salary: £105-£110 per day (Term time only) Contract: Full-time | 8:15am - 4:00pm | September 2025 start Trial Days: June 2025 Contract Type: Long-term (academic year) with opportunity for permanent role

Join a high-achieving, inclusive school in Barnet as a Drama Graduate Teaching Assistant this September. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers, support creative learning, and make a real difference to students' education.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting students in KS3 and KS4 Drama lessons, helping to deliver engaging and interactive sessions
Assisting in other subject areas across the school when needed (e.g. English, PSHE)
Leading small group work and 1:1 interventions to boost student confidence and participation
Helping prepare resources, set up practical activities, and support school productions
Supporting classroom behaviour and engagement under teacher guidance
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Drama, Performing Arts or a related field (2:2 or above preferred)
A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
Enthusiasm, confidence, and strong communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to get involved in school life
Previous experience working with young people is a bonus, but not essential
