Position: Nursery Supply StaffContract Type: Flexible / As-Needed Basis
Are you an experienced nursery professional looking for flexible work?We are seeking Nursery Supply Staff to join Veritas Education to support various educational settings across Lancashire This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking for a flexible, on-demand role in a dynamic, rewarding environment. As a nursery supply staff member, you will have the chance to support children's learning and development on a casual basis, covering staff absence and providing extra support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover staff absence and support daily nursery operations.
- Assist in providing high-quality care and early education to children.
- Engage children in learning activities through play-based methods.
- Help with daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff.
- Follow the nursery's policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of care.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)
- Passionate about working with young children and promoting their development.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a variety of settings.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake).
- Flexibility and reliability.
