- Position: Phonics Teaching Assistant
- Location: Islington, North London
- Pay: Earn up to £100 a day as a Phonics Teaching Assistant depending on degree and experience
- Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Long-term, Part-time (3 Days)
- Start Date: Immediate

About the Phonics Teaching Assistant Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a full-time Phonics Teaching Assistant where you will play a crucial role in both the classroom environment and the children's learning journey, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities for Phonics Teaching Assistant:
- Plan, deliver and lead phonics interventions for students in KS1
- Work closely with class teacher to ensure students are achieving
- Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of every child in the classroom.
- Support social and emotional development for all and be a positive role model.
Requirements for Phonics Teaching Assistant:
- Minimum education - Undergraduate Degree.
- Experience of delivering phonics interventions is a must.
- Academically strong and enthusiastic about education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
- An enhanced DBS on the online update service is desired but not necessary as we will be able to process one for you.
