We are seeking an experienced primary teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive two-form entry primary school in Abbey Wood from January. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a supportive and forward-thinking school community, working within a dynamic Early Years team. A middle leadership TLR is also available for the right candidate, with the opportunity to lead the EYFS and KS1 phases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and track pupil progress, ensuring individual needs are met through tailored teaching strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's development.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Early Years team to share best practices and contribute to the school's ongoing success.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience in teaching within the EYFS.

Middle Leadership (TLR) Opportunity: For the right candidate, the school are offering a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for leadership across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1). This role involves leading on curriculum development, supporting colleagues, and driving initiatives to ensure high-quality teaching and learning in these crucial early stages.
