Role Details:
- Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom by assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help
- Encouraging student engagement and positive learning behavior
- Helping create an inclusive and safe learning environment for all pupils
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and recording student progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training can be provided
- A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
